The Pundit Place Ltd operates The Pundit Place Academy. For personal information collected through Academy channels, The Pundit Place Ltd acts as the responsible data controller where applicable.

Depending on the service you use, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, professional or organisational information, programme or cohort details, affiliate information, transaction references and credential information.

Public forms are not intended for patient-identifiable clinical information. Please do not submit such information.

• Administer affiliate applications, referrals, commissions and payments.
• Issue and verify learning credentials and maintain credential integrity.
